peach cream cheese dessert
no bake dessert "Greek Momo" from a few years ago that big hit Korean TV show.
It's a mix of Greek yogurt and peach. Seeing canned peaches after such a long time, I thought, Why not try making Greek Momo again?
This time, I decided to combine the leftover cream cheese at home to create Cream Cheese Peach! Let's make it together!
Ingredients
- Peach: For convenience, I used canned yellow peaches.
- Cream Cheese: Grab a block of cream cheese.
- Granola and Honey: Optional toppings for an extra touch.
- 1 can of yellow peaches
- Cream cheese
- Granola (optional)
- Honey (optional)
Remove the moisture from the peaches
Drain the syrup from the canned peaches, and pat the insides of the peach halves dry using a paper towel.
This is where the cream cheese will go, so make sure the inside and outside are free of any moisture.
If there's moisture left, the cream cheese might not stick properly, and it'll be harder to fill the peach.
Fill the peaches with cream cheese
Sprinkle granola
Add a drizzle of honey
