no bake peach cream cheese

no bake dessert "Greek Momo" from a few years ago that big hit Korean TV show.

It's a mix of Greek yogurt and peach. Seeing canned peaches after such a long time, I thought, Why not try making Greek Momo again?

This time, I decided to combine the leftover cream cheese at home to create Cream Cheese Peach! Let's make it together!

 Ingredients

You'll need just three ingredients for this recipe:
  • Peach: For convenience, I used canned yellow peaches.
  • Cream Cheese: Grab a block of cream cheese.
  • Granola and Honey: Optional toppings for an extra touch.
Ingredients

What you'll need:
  • 1 can of yellow peaches
  • Cream cheese
  • Granola (optional)
  • Honey (optional)

Remove the moisture from the peaches

Drain the syrup from the canned peaches, and pat the insides of the peach halves dry using a paper towel.

dry using a paper towel

This is where the cream cheese will go, so make sure the inside and outside are free of any moisture.

If there's moisture left, the cream cheese might not stick properly, and it'll be harder to fill the peach.

Spoon about 3 teaspoons of cream cheese into the hollow of the peach.
If you want to add more, you can carve out the peach center a bit more to create extra space.
Once filled, I paired the two peach halves together. (Of course, this step is optional and mainly for presentation.)

Sprinkle granola

Sprinkle granola

To make it feel a bit healthier, sprinkle granola on a plate.
Then place the stuffed peach on top.
This creates a beautifully plated Cream Cheese Peach!

Add a drizzle of honey

Add a drizzle of honey

Since the peaches are already sweet from the syrup, just a small drizzle of honey is enough.
The combination of sweet and sticky honey, tangy peaches, and the fresh creaminess of cream cheese is truly delightful.
For extra flavor, pair each bite with a bit of granola for some crunch and nuttiness.

When cut in half, you'll see the layers of cream cheese and peach-doesn't it look delicious?

Reviews

The taste lives up to the presentation!

The juicy peaches and the refreshing cream cheese go surprisingly well together.

It was such a pleasant experiment that I'd like to make it again! If you have some leftover cream cheese at home, why not try making Cream Cheese Peach for a charming home café vibe?
