Milk Cream Brazilian Cheese Bread
Hello!
I happened to see milk cream donuts on YouTube and thought, "What if I make it with Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pão de Queijo)?" With that curiosity, I created my own version of Milk Cream Brazilian Cheese Bread!
The ingredients are super simple, and honestly, it takes less than 30 seconds to prepare! I used store-bought Brazilian Cheese Bread as the base, but you can also try using donuts or round chewy red bean bread instead. Now, let me walk you through the recipe step by step.[1] Slice the bread in half
[2] Fill with whipped cream
Next, it's time to fill the bread with whipped cream. I used store-bought whipped cream to make things easier.
First, press the inside of the Brazilian Cheese Bread to create a space for the cream.
Then, use a spoon to generously stuff the cream into the bread. Make sure to pack it in until it's almost spilling out! That's the secret to making a beautiful Milk Cream Brazilian Cheese Bread. Take note!
[3] Smooth the cream edges
The final step is to neatly smooth out the overflowing cream for a polished look.
It's not a difficult step-just gently scrape the edges with a knife to tidy up the cream and make the bread look visually appealing.
I filled mine with as much cream as possible, and when I took a bite, the cream oozed out beautifully. Having a mouthful of cream made it perfectly balanced-no dryness and just pure deliciousness!
