Milk Cream Brazilian Cheese Bread

Milk Cream Brazilian Cheese Bread

Hello!

I happened to see milk cream donuts on YouTube and thought, "What if I make it with Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pão de Queijo)?" With that curiosity, I created my own version of Milk Cream Brazilian Cheese Bread!

The ingredients are super simple, and honestly, it takes less than 30 seconds to prepare! I used store-bought Brazilian Cheese Bread as the base, but you can also try using donuts or round chewy red bean bread instead. Now, let me walk you through the recipe step by step.

[1] Slice the bread in half

First, to fill the bread with whipped cream, you need to cut the bread in half.
The key point here is to slice it about 80% through. Don't cut it all the way through!
This way, you can create a lovely "open-mouth" shape when the cream is stuffed inside.
If you cut less than 80%, the bread will only partially open, and it won't look as nice.
So, make sure to slice deeply but without separating it completely. Keep it attached!

[2] Fill with whipped cream

Next, it's time to fill the bread with whipped cream. I used store-bought whipped cream to make things easier.

First, press the inside of the Brazilian Cheese Bread to create a space for the cream.

Then, use a spoon to generously stuff the cream into the bread. Make sure to pack it in until it's almost spilling out! That's the secret to making a beautiful Milk Cream Brazilian Cheese Bread. Take note!

[3] Smooth the cream edges

The final step is to neatly smooth out the overflowing cream for a polished look.

It's not a difficult step-just gently scrape the edges with a knife to tidy up the cream and make the bread look visually appealing.

I filled mine with as much cream as possible, and when I took a bite, the cream oozed out beautifully. Having a mouthful of cream made it perfectly balanced-no dryness and just pure deliciousness!

Review

The bread is chewy and slightly savory, but when paired with the sweet whipped cream, it feels lighter and less greasy than traditional donuts.
If you're someone who doesn't like overly sweet treats or are looking for a less sugary dessert option, I highly recommend giving this a try!
It's so easy to make, making it perfect for kids or as a thoughtful homemade gift. Although the crumbly texture of the bread caused a bit of a mess, the taste was absolutely worth it.
To add a touch of elegance, sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and enjoy a delightful treat. I hope you'll try making this delicious and visually stunning Milk Cream Brazilian Cheese Bread at least once!
